A New York City traffic officer is trying to help commuters dance through rush hour.

Mentoria Hutchinson entertains motorists with her funky dance moves as she directs traffic in Manhattan. She does it without any music.

Hutchinson says dancing is her way of helping to pass time and get drivers attention. And she even helps put a smile on the face of some commuters.
