Michael Jackson’s doctor prepares for charges this week

Dr. Conrad Murray's criminal defense attorney, J. Michael Flanagan, says his client is in Los Angeles and prepared to go to court. "He'll be available," the lawyer says.

Michael Jackson’s personal physician could face criminal charges as early as Wednesday, his attorney tells PEOPLE.

Dr. Conrad Murray’s criminal defense attorney, J. Michael Flanagan, says his client is in Los Angeles and prepared to go to court. “He’ll be available,” the lawyer says.

Flanagan says he couldn’t confirm media reports Murray would be charged with involuntary manslaughter for allegedly administering the hospital-strength anesthetic propofol in the pop singer’s home.
