Maryland police have arrested several suspects following a brutal robbery.
Investigators say the crime never would have been reported if it wasn’t for the actions of the security company that monitors cameras inside the Aspen Hills apartment complex where the crime took place.

The victim, who suffered several broken ribs in the attack, never called police.
Workers at the security company reported the attack to the managers of the apartment complex, who in turn alerted authorities.
Three suspects have been arrested.
Two others are still at large.
