Shatarka Nuby used a credit card registered in a stranger’s name to pay for liposuction on her arms to remove excess flesh referred to as “bingo wings”, police said. She also allegedly used the credit card to pay for breast implants.

The 29-year-old single mum racked up a bill of more than £5,000 her cosmetic spending spree, police said.

Investigators in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, said Miss Nuby stole the identity of a woman from a college enrolment form that had been dropped into a letter box outside a post office.

The application never arrived at the college, and the victim soon discovered five credit cards had been opened in her name and £12,000 in charges racked up.
