There are still hundreds of thousands of Haitian people who are in need of housing after January’s earthquake in Port-au-Prince.

Religious leaders in South Carolina have stepped up in a big way to join other in Virginia and Texas to send hundreds of pre-fab homes to Haiti. The “Christ In Action” group has sent 340 homes all together.

Each home will be shipped to Haiti in separate parts, then reconstructed in Haiti by volunteers. The buildings are expected to last for about 10-15 years.
