This week Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to 90 days in jail for violating her parole and skipping out on court-mandated alcohol counseling. But court officials say that because of jail overcrowding, she is likely to spend only 2 weeks there.

How do you think she’ll be treated in jail? What will be her biggest reality check? No mani-pedis?

With the California prison system exploding, and the state bleeding money — is it worth keeping Lohan locked up?

Should celebrities like Lohan get special treatment behind bars?

What about other big names, like Naomi Campbell, Martha Stewart, and Paris Hilton. Many say they only got “slaps on the wrist” for their crimes. Would they have gotten off so easily if they weren’t famous?
