Cosby sees no humor in Twitter death rumors

Actor and comedian Bill Cosby appeared on The Today Show this morning to discuss his new web series OBKB.

The series, which is reminiscent of his famed Kids Say the Darndest Things, features a group of youngsters that sit around and chat with the comedian.

But during Cosby’s multi-segmented interview with Today’s Meredith Vieira, the topic took a sullen turn as they began discussing recent web reports that have rumored Cosby’s death.

The fourth, and most recent, rumor came just weeks ago in early August of 2010.

Cosby said the rumors have not only upset his family friends and friends, but they’ve adequately annoyed him, as well.

“To all fools who think that this is funny…it isn’t.” Cosby declared.

And with that, the 73-year-old funny man returned to the topic he was there to discuss by telling Meredith a story about an 8-year-old boy he met who was perplexed by how much Cosby had aged since his days on The Cosby Show.
