Is it just us, or does it seem like curves have made a serious comeback? We constantly hear about Angelina Jolie’s luscious lips and Christina Hendrick’s (Mad Men) curvaceous hips. And now this week, Kim Kardashian created a ton of buzz with a nude spread in the new issue of W magazine. The focus on her ample backside got a lot of black folks asking, are stereotypically African-American features in vogue? And if so, why aren’t more black women held on a pedestal? The following non-black stars all seem to get a second look because of their historically ethnic curves.
