Sixty-seven-year-old Anne Price runs ‘Home of World Famous Ghetto Burger’ all by herself.

She would love to sell the restaurant so she can get some rest and go on vacation — she hasn’t had one in 30 years.

As much as she would like some rest, she hasn’t found the price she would like for the restaurant. She was seeking $1.5 million a year ago, getting offers half of that today.

“All of my money, it’s all of my savings that are tied up in this business. So, I need to get enough money to retire on or I keep the business, ” Anne Price said.

Customers have been known to wait outside for hours to get in and they say the food is well worth it.

“This is kind of a Americana, lay out right in front of us”, a customer.

Although Price is ready to retire, she said she would keep on going until a better offer comes in.
