After DJ-ing for the fourth hour of Today with Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb, Lil Jon sat down to talk about his upcoming stint as a contestant on Celebrity Apprentice.

The rapper/producer will be competing against celebrities such as NeNe Leakes, Star Jones, Gary Busey, and Latoya Jackson for a prize that will go to the charity of their choice. When asked why he decided to participate in Celebrity Apprentice, Lil Jon said, “I wanted to show that hip hop artists are not dumb. We are very intelligent, we’re smart, and we’re articulate…”
