Gabriel Cannon, a brother of actor Nick Cannon, and an unknown suspect were in custody Wednesday night on suspicion of assault and robbery.

A father, identified in a television news report as Alex Moreno, and his son were allegedly assaulted and robbed over a reality show business dispute at Ventura Boulevard and Colfax Avenue in Studio City, said Los Angeles police Sgt. William Mann of North Hollywood Station.

Nick Cannon is married to pop diva Mariah Carey.
