From NBC Philadelphia

Philly police identified one of the men allegedly involved in the cold-blooded killing of a Fishtown store clerk Thursday morning.

Quasheam Richburg, 20, lives in the 2500 block of Ridge Drive. Police think he is one of the two gunmen caught on a surveillance camera, shooting Mustafa Shakur in the head after he refused to give them any money.

Shakur was working the overnight shift at the store, located on North Front Street.

The surveillance video shows the two gunmen coming into the store and demanding money. When Shaker didn’t cooperate, they tried to lift the entire cash register, but couldn’t. Then one of the gunmen fired off two shots, killing Shakur instantly.
