From NBC Miami

Boxing promoter Don King has unloaded his palatial, two-home Manalapan estate for a whopping $15.9 million.

The two adjacent homes, which boast over 24,000 square feet and contain 13 bedrooms and 17 and a half baths, had been listed for $19.995 million.

The property also has 300 feet of space directly on the ocean and two docks on the Intracoastal waterway, according to Engel & Volkers agent Jack Elkins, who handled the sale.

Elkins didn’t say who bought the property, but said it sold in less than 45 days and was one of the highest prices paid for an oceanfront property in the past three years.

King, 79, bought both houses separately in 1999 with his wife, Henrietta, paying $7.8 million and $6.5 million.

Henrietta King died in December at age 87.
