When notable President Obama impersonator Reggie Brown began his gig at the Republican Leadership Conference earlier this month, it appeared that things were going well. He started out with some jabs the the Democratic party (they say to always know your audience) including some jokes about Obama’s biracial roots. But when he started his material about the GOP, specifically Tea Partier Michele Bachmann, Brown was pulled off stage and told he’d gone over time.

Brown disputed the idea that his racial material played a part in his set being cut short and expressed doubt about being significantly over his time limit. Still, he was pulled from the stage before his set was finished, so Bill Maher invited him to “Real Time” on Friday to finish the jokes for his audience.
