Police arrested a third person on Tuesday who they believe was involved in the kidnapping of five children in Willingboro. Police say that on Sunday, Domorous White, 19, Stephan Monk, 20, a 17-year-old teen and one other suspect approached a house on Rittenhouse Drive in Willingboro, NJ.

The group allegedly kidnapped five kids, ranging in age from 11 to 15, who were sitting on the porch of the home. The suspects then allegedly took the kids to a house two doors down. Police say that the group physically assaulted the kids and taped up their hands, feet and mouths.

The suspects also allegedly held a knife to the neck of one of the victims and carried another victim outside, tying his neck to a tree with a dog leash.
