Herman Cain: Some blacks not 'savable'

Herman Cain appeared on “The View” on Tuesday, and doubled down on his statement that most black Americans are “brainwashed” into voting for Democrats.

Asked what he can “do about that,” Cain said: “save the savable.”

And he opined on abortion (he opposes it even in the case of rape, incest or when the life of the mother is in jeopardy), gays (he thinks being gay is a choice) and of course, his “999” plan to cut taxes.
