Grammy-nominated rapper Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson has ventured out into different projects in the movie, fashion and cologne industries. Now 50 has written a new novel entitled Playground, which is aimed at teenage readers.

The novel takes on a unique angle on the issue of bullying, “The scenarios in the book are written from the perspective of a child that is being a bully not dealing with the emotions properly,” says 50.

50 says that bullying is a relevant issue for him because his son is now 15 years old. The language and the situations are a bit “rough” but they represent the life 50 Cent lived before stardom.
