Toni Braxton has allowed America to get a behind-the-scenes glimpse at her professional life and family, on WE tv’s hit reality show Braxton Family Values.
As the season 2 premiere date of November 10 quickly approaches, fans should anticipate some good ole family drama between Toni and her sister Tamar Braxton.
The “Unbreak My Heart” singer has fired her longtime manager Vince Herbert, who is married to her sister Tamar.
Herbert also managed Lady Gaga and produced music for Destiny’s Child.
Tension between Toni and her four sisters has been an on-going theme of Braxton Family Values, and it was only a matter of time before the feuding between Toni and her sister Tamar, affected her relationship with her brother-in-law/manager.
According to the New York Post, “Toni won’t be anywhere near Tamar. This has caused more family problems.”
In the sneak peak for season 2 of Braxton Family Values, Toni hints that she is annoyed by her sister Tamar’s desire to be famous.
“I love my baby sister Tamar. But I do think the success of the first season is going to her head, Toni said.”
Last month reports surfaced that Toni Braxton has signed a new management deal with The Collective.
Although this could create a family rift, a change in management might be the career move that Toni needs to be at the top of the music charts again.
