On Martin Bashir’s MSNBC show, Raging Elephants leader Apostle Claver was indecisive about the ongoing Herman Cain sexual harassment allegations and his claim of being targeted by racism but was very vocal about the GOP candidate’s qualification’s superseding that of our current president. “For that matter, an armadillo from Amarillo would be a better president than what we have right now.”

Cornered by Bashir, the Christian conservative also defended claims of promoting racism, stirring up trouble and being a religious hypocrite. He said that his forceful words were justified by the truth they held. “Sometimes a little force is necessary,” Claver said.

He claims that his racist billboards and fiery speeches are necessary to push back against what he considers the Democratic party’s corruption of the African-American community.
