Are you a black entrepreneur with a great idea? Well, Washington D.C. and Los Angeles may be the right city for you. In fact, these are just two of the top cities where black-owned businesses are succeeding.
On November 9, the National Urban League Policy Institute released its State of Urban Business report on minority business development. The group ranked the top U.S. metro areas where black business owners “have a solid record of success.”
The report is not a comparison of all U.S. metro areas but rather a blueprint of sorts on how the success of black business owners in top cities on the list can be replicated across the country.
