No season? No problem; at least, if you’re a fan of the president.

The Obama campaign announced this week that it will field an all-star team of supporters for the “Obama classic” — a fundraiser to include actual hoops — in Washington D.C.

The game, a fundraiser for the Obama Victory Fund, will include a number of basketball legends, according to a release form Michael Blake, deputy director of Operation Vote.

Among those listed as “confirmed to play” on the Obama campaign website: Ray Allen, Carmelo Anthony, Chris Bosh, Vince Carter, Tyson Chandler, Jamal Crawford, Kevin Durant, Baron Davis, Patrick Ewing, Derek Fisher, Rudy Gay, Blake Griffin, Tyler Hansbrough, Dwight Howard, Juwan Howard, Antawn Jamison, Dahntay Jones, Brandon Knight, Kevin Love, Jamal Mashburn, Cheryl Miller, Alonzo Mourning, Dikembe Mutombo, Chris Paul, Quentin Richardson, Doc Rivers, Steve Smith, Jerry Stackhouse, Amare Stoudemire, John Wall, Russell Westbrook and WNBA player Tina Thompson.

The time is known (4:00 p.m.) but the venue is listed on the Obama website as TBA.

Tickets will cost supporters a minimum of $200 for general seats, and up to $5,000 to sit courtside.
