Imagine winning a $1 million lottery prize not once, but twice in less than three years. Well, that’s exactly what happened to Georgia resident Delma Kinney.

Kinney, 50, must have the luck of the Irish on his side. His most recent prize winning comes just days before his 51st birthday on December 5th. The southwest Atlanta man won his first big ticket lottery back in 2008.

According to the Associated Press, Kinney set aside a portion of his winnings to pay for the college education of his three kids. Not only is Kinney smart, but he also has a big heart. He plans on donating some of his most recent winnings to charity.

Only time will tell if a third time will be the charm for the Atlanta man.
