R&B icon Janet Jackson was on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno Tuesday night discussing her career and her memoir True You . In the book Jackson includes recipes from the chef that helped her get back into shape following considerable weight loss. Jackson says the book explains a lot about her body image struggles and that her weight gain was not triggered by her fame as many believe. She says that her eating habits are rooted in her childhood.
