After filing for divorce (following just 72 days of marriage to Kris Humphries), Kim Kardashian offered the NBA star a settlement to speed up the process of their divorce. Not only did Humphries deny her offer but he also asked for an annulment of their nuptials. The Daily Mail reports that Kris wants to continue the process of the divorce under fraud. Humphries wants it to be known that he feels that Kim married him under false pretenses and that he is not interested in getting any of her money.
Kris Humphries is not interested in any of Kim Kardashian’s fortune in any divorce settlement, it has emerged.
The sportsman and the reality TV star – who split in October after just 72 days of marriage – signed a pre-nuptial agreement on how to divide their assets.
However, Kim is said to have offered him a financial settlement in order to get their divorce completed as soon as possible.
But Kris is said to be adamant he doesn’t want any money and is determined to pursue his claim to have the divorce granted on the grounds of fraud, arguing that he and Kim married under false pretenses.
