Amber Riley drops two dress sizes

The Daily Mail reports on how Amber Riley decided to start eating more healthy last summer. Riley’s embrace of a healthier lifestyle appears to have been a success, she says that she’s dropped two dress sizes.

And now the star has revealed that her seven months of hard work has paid off and she has lost a considerable amount of weight.

The Glee star, 26, told People magazine: ‘I’ve dropped two dress

She decided to make the improvements to her diet in July of last year after visiting a doctor for chronic stomach pains.

She told the magazine: ‘I decided I was going to make a change and eat healthier,’ adding that the fast foods she was eating ‘were attacking my stomach.’

However the star has insisted that while the change has been a positive one, she has always been confident in her body.
