Have you heard of Iggy Azalea?

Hailing from New South Wales, she’s the female sensation signed to rapper T.I.’s Grand Hustle label. Iggy has the look, a solid team behind her, and she recently became the first female MC to appear the cover on XXL Magazine’s freshman issue.

Then there is her voice. Although she hails from Australia, Iggy has a delivery that may remind you of a woman from one of the boroughs of New York. Other international rappers like Tinie Tempah, from the UK, or African rapper K’Naan, have found success in the U.S. while keeping their homegrown accent intact.

So is Iggy Azalea authentic or is she imitating black American speech? Watch the video below and tell us what you think? Are you bothered by Iggy Azalea’s delivery, or is she just a product of hip-hop culture?
