It’s that time of the year again. College students from all over the country are making big plans to go to the best party destinations and experience that epic Spring Break trip. When it comes to planning, vacationers are often just thinking about tans, beaches, and alcohol, but no matter where the location is, party-goers are also looking for the best prices and the best place to have fun.
