The incident happened around 6:30 a.m. Monday at the fast food restaurant at 666 West Broward Boulevard, according to Fort Lauderdale Police Spokesman Travis Mandell.

Mandell said 31-year-old Edwin Walker waited for a customer to pull up to the drive-thru window before he jumped on the hood of the customer’s car and dove into the restaurant through the drive-thru window.
