Viewers can expect Roland Martin back on the airwaves soon. According to Fishbowl DC on TV Newser, CNN has lifted its month-long suspension on the analyst, Martin was suspended in February for what many perceived as homophobic tweets. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports:

Atlanta-based CNN has lifted its month-long suspension of analyst Roland Martin, who had ruffled feathers last month with Super Bowl tweets construed by some as anti-gay.

The network told staff Monday on a conference call, according to FishbowlDC on TVNewser.

During the Super Bowl, Martin Tweeted:

“If a dude at your Super Bowl party is hyped about David Beckham’s H&M underwear ad,” he wrote, “smack the ish out of him!”
