Eighteen-month-old Zahkairi Morrison of Tollette, AR is missing. Zahkairi was allegedly abducted by her father, Ralph Morrison III, on April 1.

Please take a moment to review the picture and information below, and, if you have any information that can help find her, please follow the instructions at the bottom of this email.

Zahkairi Morrison is 18 months old. She has brown eyes and black hair, stands at 2 feet, and weighs 25 pounds.

Investigators believe Ralph Morrison III (Zahkairi’s father) intentionally collided with a car that had four females in it, including his daughter, 18-month-old Zahkairi Morrison. The sheriff’s department says Ralph Morrison started beating and stabbing the toddler’s mother, who was in the car, with an ice pick. He allegedly forcibly took Zahkairi from her mother, Amaria Webster, and walked away with her in his arms and the ice pick in his hand. He walked into the woods. Authorities believe he was able to get a ride from at least three people.

We introduced “Diamond Alerts” — a partnership between TV and Radio Journalist Jacque Reid, the Black and Missing Foundation (BAM FI) and theGrio.com, to help bring awareness to, and solve, the large number of cases of missing persons of color, which frequently go unnoticed in the media. By taking a moment to educate ourselves about the missing in our community, we can help reunite and provide closure and/or justice for the victims and their families.
