Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon were snapped by the paparazzi leaving Paris yesterday with their twins in tow after renewing their vows in the City of Light over the weekend. According to their publicist, the pair tied the knot to celebrate their fourth year of marriage on Friday.

While in Paris she introduced Moroccan and Monroe to famous fashion designer Azzedine Alaia. Carey wore a stunning corseted dress for the occasion.
The family then jetted from France bound for neighboring Austria to celebrate the birthday of their twins. As Celebrity Baby Scoop reports: “Dem Babies turn 1 today!”
Carey tweeted about her children’s special day: “Singing at this altitude is almost like giving birth to twins, which I did last year on this day.. lol! Happy birthday dembabies!!”
The superstar mom performed on the twins’ first birthday at Austria’s Top of the Mountain concert today, “rocking a tight-red ski suit, cropped jacket, black boots, and fingerless gloves,” according to Singersroom.com.

It’s great to see the Cannon-Carey family flourishing after Nick Cannon’s recent health scare. The actor and media personality, after being hospitalized for kidney failure, is currently documenting his recovery via a web series on his blog called “NCredible Health Hustle.”
