Janet Jackson, who is currently a spokeswoman for Nutrisystem, has admitted to struggling with her body image in the past, but the 46-year-old now says she will not continue to weigh herself anymore. The New York Daily News reports:

Janet Jackson is no longer a slave to the scale.

The 46 year-old singer, who’s showing off a more slender figure since becoming the spokesperson for Nutrisystem, said that she doesn’t weigh herself anymore.

” I don’t think [stepping on the scale] is healthy,” she told People. “You’re setting yourself up to fail and women’s bodies fluctuate every month – certain time of the month in particular – we bloat a great deal,” she says.
