Target Market News covers Chicago’s black businesses

Target Market News has developed a new magazine with a companion web site to highlight black businesses in the Chicago area. The publications, which feature business news aimed at African-Americans in business, will feature stories that impact Chicago’s local business economy.

Blackbusinesschicago.com should become a quick draw online for entrepreneurs and executives looking to network and expand their businesses in the Chicago area. Chicago is America’s third largest city and one of the leading cities in the country for black businesses. It is also the fourth ranked city for the greatest number of African-American owned businesses. Target Market News reports:

Target Market News has introduced Black Business Chicago, a new monthly which will spotlight news and features on Chicago’s African-American businesses, corporate executives and local economic issues. The publication will also be supplemented by a Web site, blackbusinesschicago.com, that will provide updated coverage of relevant business news on a daily and weekly basis between issues of the monthly print publication.

There is a belief by some that entrepreneurs are born. Others claim that they are just the product of circumstances — usually lucky ones. What is undeniable, however, is once one has made the decision to pursue the dream of business ownership, the path to success is neither predetermined or certain.
