After scoring big gigs like Celebrity Apprentice and Glee, it seems only fitting that reality star NeNe Leakes continues to go for the gusto. According to The Hollywood Reporter, the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum has inked a deal with the global brand licensing agency Beanstalk. NeNe’s fashion platform will provide fashion-forward, affordable apparel and accessories to women.
There hasn’t been any detail as to what types or sizes of apparel she may be offering in her line, however, Beanstalk President Michael Stone suggests that women will be able to emotionally connect with her material. A range of products are going to be on display similar to the type of fashion Nene wore during her time on Housewives.
Beanstalk suggests that the potential line will “empower women to walk into a room and ‘own it’ – like NeNe herself.”
