NBC Washington – Shomari Stone has an exclusive interview with Shawney Bell, the D.C. man who was attacked by dogs two weeks ago, and footage of him reuniting with his rescuer.  After the dogs broke free from a nearby towing lot, they started attacking Bell.  He suffered a broken arm, deep gashes on his legs, and scars on his shoulders and head.  Bell has yet to receive an apology from the company and has hired a lawyer to go after the dog owners to help pay for his medical bills.
