Frank Ocean performed in Los Angeles yesterday as he continues to promote his new album Channel Orange. “L.A. is something special to me,” said Ocean, who is originally from New Orleans. “I wrote Channel Orange here, I wrote Nostalgia, Ultra here. I fell in love here, I got my heart broken here. I got a little famous here, I got a little paid here. I f**k with L.A. in a special way.”

After performing a few songs from the album, which debuted at #2 on the Billboard charts, Ocean brought out fellow Odd Future member Earl Sweatshirt to perform their song “Super Rich Kids.”

Earl Sweatshirt later tweeted “Lol worst performance of my life ahahha, @frank_Ocean sorry man.”
