NBC SOUTH FLORIDA – A Port St. Lucie man was arrested and charged with two misdemeanors after causing a commotion over his McDonald’s fry order.

Cory Terique Bryan, 22, was arrested on charges of disorderly intoxication and resisting arrest without violence in the July 11 incident at the fast food restaurant in the 1000 block of Southeast Port St. Lucie Boulevard.

According to the incident report, a shirtless Bryan allegedly yelled at the manager of the eatery and knocked down a full soda cup from the counter after she refused to serve him an order of fries.

When the manager requested that Bryan put his shirt on and leave the restaurant, he did not comply, the report said. He continued to cause a disturbance even after police arrived, the report said.

Bryan was “intoxicated due to the smell of an alcoholic beverage coming from him and that fact he was slurring his words,” the report said. When asked how much alcohol he’d consumed, Bryan said “5 cups,” the report said.
