NBC NEW YORK – The 3-month-old child who fell out a window and plunged three stories in his mother’s arms when the baby’s father allegedly attacked them at their Jersey City apartment last week has died, police said.
The baby and mother had been listed in critical condition at the hospital since the horrific attack Friday. A third woman who was wounded by the suspect when she tried to call 911 was expected to be released from the hospital Tuesday after undergoing emergency surgery.
Police alleged Frederico Bruno, 19, repeatedly stabbed both women and then pushed his ex-girlfriend into an air conditioner, causing her and the baby to go through a window and fall three stories, authorities said.
