John Legend treated in emergency room for flu

R&B singer John Legend gave his fans a scare this past weekend when he was rushed to an ER after suffering from a severe flu. Despite the extreme precautions, Legend is said to be OK and feeling fine. E! News reports:

John Legend could use a lift healthwise.

On his way back over the weekend to New York City after a trip to South Africa, the R&B songster apparently picked up a bug and felt ill enough that he paid a visit to his local emergency room.

The good news is he’s going to be OK.

A rep for the 33-year-old Legend tells E! News he was treated in the ER Saturday morning for the flu but he is now resting at home and doing “fine.”
