The bitter custody battle between R&B singer Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Foster over their two sons has resumed. The former couple is back in court just weeks after Foster’s son, Kile Glover, was killed in an accident on Lake Lanier in Georgia. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports:

Atlanta R&B singer Usher Raymond and ex-wife Tameka Foster are back in Fulton County court this week to resume their custody battle for their two young sons.

Raymond and Foster have a co-parenting agreement for 4-year-old Usher Raymond V and 3-year-old Naviyd, but Raymond is seeking sole custody of the boys, saying Foster is not a good mother.

In video of this week’s proceeding, Raymond told the court Monday that he tries to focus on his children when they are with him, but sometimes he has to juggle other commitments.
