In the wake of a recent domestic violence incident involving his wife, Evelyn Lozada, many of Chad Johnson’s issues have come to light.
One of Johnson’s former employees, Jacinth Preston, filed a lawsuit against the NFL star on August 7th, according to TMZ. Preston claims Johnson owes him back pay for work done on Johnson’s home. Preston is suing for $130,000 for salary, landscaping, and cleaning, among other things.
It is also being reported by Complex that Johnson’s same $400,000 Miami home, where the alleged incident of domestic violence took place, is facing foreclosure. Johnson missed an $863 maintenance fee, and also currently owes more than $28,000 in back payments on the property.
