A Delaware day care has been shut down after three workers allegedly encouraged a pair of 3-year-olds to fight one another. The alleged fight took place in March at the Hands of Our Future Daycare in Dover.

Police say cell phone video shows three women working at the day care encouraging the kids to fight. Police have arrested employees Tiana Harris, Estefania Myers, and Lisa Parker.

All three women face two counts each of second-degree assault and reckless endangerment as well as nine counts of endangering the welfare of a child and one count each of conspiracy. The city business license for Hands of Our Future was suspended pending a hearing.
