Last night President Barack Obama and his daughters Sasha and Malia watched with pride as first lady Michelle Obama delivered a well-received speech at the Democratic National Convention in Charlotte, North Carolina.

The first lady’s speech was intended to remind Americans of who Barack Obama really is and how his experiences informed his political ideology.
