Lil Wayne is suing legendary producer Quincy Jones’ son over claims that music used in a documentary about him were not authorized. The Huffington Post has more on the story.

In spite of being hit with various lawsuits throughout his career, Lil Wayne is taking legal action of his own. According to TMZ, Weezy recently filed a lawsuit against Quincy Jones III for using unlicensed music from the rapper’s multi-platinum album, “The Carter 3,” in support of the docu-flick, “The Carter.” Sources tell the site that the New Orleans star was unhappy with the final version of the film, describing it as a “scandalous portrayal.”
