Is the president shocked at how striking this dress is? The first lady must have made a big expression when she wore this Barbara Tfank number (for a second time publicly) to host the first ever Kids’ “State Dinner” luncheon at the White House. (Photo by Alex Wong/Getty Images)

“So nice, she’s worn it twice” should be the tagline for this Chris Benz Floral linen dress. It was first worn by on Obama “Extreme Makeover Home Edition,” and again recently when she spoke to a crowd during a campaign stop at the Barbara Goleman High School in Miami Lakes, Florida. In these tough economic times, it’s nice to have first lady who is proud to sport the same outfit more than once; plus we love her in this feminine dress. (Photo by Joe Raedle/Getty Images)

First Mom Michelle Obama knows how to have fun, whether she’s planting a garden on the White House grounds or jumping around on stage with a group of kids. Children clearly energize Mrs. Obama — whether her own daughters, Sasha and Malia, or the many kids who drop by the White House for events, many from local schools and military families.
