Luther Vandross was outed as gay after his death.

From Clutch Magazine: Between the ages of 18-20, Tiffany Webb posed for a series of sexy lingerie shots, something her attorney says she disclosed to the Department of Education when she got her first teaching job in 1999. Webb was a guidance counselor at Murry Bergtraum HS for Business Careers in Manhattan and was fired from her job after 12 years at the school because of sexy photos that kept resurfacing on the web.

Although she did disclose the photos, she was still investigated three times and spent a year in the “rubber room”, which is where the teachers show up every school day, doing no work and drawing full salaries. Last December, right before Webb, now 37, was to get tenure as an $84,200-a-year guidance counselor, she was fired for “conduct unbecoming” a DOE employee. Apparently a student found photos of her online and showed them to them the principal.

Webb is currently suing the NYC school system for wrongful termination, sex discrimination and violation of First Amendment rights.
