Lil Wayne suffered seizure-like symptoms Thursday afternoon while aboard a private jet, TMZÂ reports.
According to the report, the jet had to make an emergency landing in Texas, where Wayne was then immediately treated at a nearby hospital.
Sources tell TMZ the 30-year-old New Orleans native was released around 6 p.m. Thursday  and is “doing better.”
Wayne recently sang “Take Me Out to the Ball Game” during Game 6 of the National League Championship Series in San Francisco.
Last October, rapper Rick Ross suffered two seizures in the span of six hours on separate flights. Ross, 34, had a third seizure in April of this year. Ross cited sleep deprivation as the main cause of his medical problems.
The report says it was “unclear” if doctors made an “exact diagnosis” of Wayne.
