Luther Vandross was outed as gay after his death.

The long public child custody battle between Usher and his ex-wife Tameka Foster ended with the singer receiving sole custody of the their two children.

Now, he has taken it a step further by officially putting their $3.2 million dollar family home on the market.

The mansion has 10-foot high ceilings, six bedrooms, seven baths, a gym, four fireplaces and an outdoor pool. Usher first bought the home in 2007 for $3 million.

According to TMZ, Usher’s lawyer sent Tameka a notice in September that the mansion she was residing in would soon go on the market.

The couple’s 2009 divorce agreement stated he had the right to sell the house at any time if he gave her 60 days notice.

At the time, it was also reported that Tameka was financially dependent on Usher.

Today, sources close to Tameka tell TMZ, she runs her own small business and she doesn’t need handouts.
