Former NBA star Allen Iverson is fighting the foreclosure of his $4.5 million Atlanta mansion.

The home was put into foreclosure last week after he reportedly defaulted on a $1.2 million mortgage, reports TMZ.

The mansion was scheduled to go up for auction December 4th, but Iverson has stalled the foreclosure by filing a lawsuit against the lender.

The former Sixers’ point guard claims that his estranged wife, whom which he is currently going through an ugly divorce with, intentionally signed for the mortgage, knowing Iverson would not be able to make the payments.

The foreclosure has been stopped until further notice.
