Wayne LaPierre, the CEO of the National Rifle Association, joined host Chris Wallace on Fox News Sunday to discuss the NRA’s controversial ad which features President Barack Obama’s daughters.

After viewing the ad, Wallace said of the president’s daughters, “they also face a threat that most children do not face.”

“Tell that to the people in Newtown,” LaPierre responded.

“Do you really think that the president’s children are the same kind of target as every school child in America?”  Wallace asked.  ”That’s ridiculous and you know it, sir.”

The two went on to discuss armed security in schools and high-profile figures who have bodyguards, including LaPierre.
